Unzip the file with 7zip, right click Launch.bat -> run as administrator (which take ownership of all the driver files and run utility ahk scripts)

NVIDIA Graphic Driver Installation Utility will follow the below installation procedures:
Enable Test Signing → Reboot → Install Driver → Disable Test Signing → Reboot
Directly
Launch setup.exe directly (NVIDIA Install Application)
(required enable test mode or disable driver signature enforcement before install)
Add Hardware ID
